Destiny volatile rounds.
Volatile flow wont work if you have 3 weapon surges on. The max you can have is 2. Volatile flow doesn't work with Hard light or gravtion lance. But Echo of Instability (void fragments) works with Hard light and Gravtion lance. Other void weapons seem to have no issues activating volatile rounds. Only had issues with 4 void weapons.
They actually have anti-synergy. If you have echo of instability active and the explosion from that volatile kills an enemy, it wont proc Destabilizing Rounds. Imo void overshield is nice but works best on titan for the 400% grenade Regen and imo volatile is nice but the buff on grenade kill is short and volatile doesn't make that much of a difference in damage/ad clear (it's not jolt), and also works best on titan for the team heal on proc.You can get volatile rounds on grenade kills via the fragment still.
