Horrible pick up service. Half the time they don't pick up your package when you have a confirmation of pick up service. I have to call every month because my packages are still sitting at my door step. They don't seem to care about customer service. Have called the 800 number to complain numerous times as well.
Terrible management at the post office. Only 1 or 2 people at the counters and never see the side door for package pick up open.
