I've got them both and they're both awesome. I have the H20 LE M4 and the Langdon Tactical Gen 2 1301 in green. While you can't really go wrong with either I personally like my 1301 the most. My suggestion is to use wikiarms and Google to search for every site that sells them.

The 1301 is way way way faster with its cycling action than the M2.. Having said that I doubt you can outshoot either one. Think of the M2 as like a kahr double action trigger semi pistol and the 1301 like a single action 1911 in regards to their cycling speed. I don't have as much time behind the 1301 as the M4 but so far both have been reliable for me. I'm tempted to say the M4 might have the edge over the 1301 since it's been well regarded by military users.
