Cons. Split for NPs is too low and not national standards- you get 52% of what you brought in per patient. They do not supply any computer, IT support, or technology stipend either. Overall low pay for what you are getting. No pto (they falsely advertise this), they "calculate" PTO into your proposed salary but you aren't salary.
Horrible customer service, apathy, instability. 30 minute hold times, then you get disconnected and agent doesn't even have the decensy to call you back. Doctors disappear overnight and they leave patients scrambling to find a new Dr. while their prescriptions run out.
