IMO there are only two problems with Glocks; the first being a heavy trigger pull, and the second being a non smooth trigger. The gun has been functioning fine, I just noticed an interesting thing going on that I haven't seen. When I strip the upper from the frame, I can freely pull the striker back and forth through the safety plunger. It's called a "safety plunger" for a reason. I would not recommend polishing the plunger. If you take too much of the metal off by "polishing", you will make your G43 into an unsafe weapon which could result in the "safety" part of the plunger not so safe. ...
