I tried to install the ecobee with the PEK because I didn't realize there was an extra blue wire at the thermostat wall. The ecobee didn't turn on. I noticed the blue wire at the wall, removed the PEK, and put back the original wiring, but with the blue one in the C/COM 24V position.
