Watched a video of some guys in England shooting Mini14s, this was about 5 yrs ago. There guns were single shot . Rack op rod fire, hand rack op rod and so forth. I would think that they just had a solid gas port bushing. I cant see Ruger going to a great expense to make the guns they ship there into single shot.
