How to fix hill start assist not available ford focus.

Just working on the remaining bugs on my build and I'm getting a hill start assist not available message on my IPC screen. I assumed maybe there would be an abs code but there isn't. I can't even find any diagnostic aids for it in the Ford workshop manual. I know its part of the abs system.
