A week ago I got service shifter message for 2 seconds and then it went away. Tonight at a red light check engine light came on, service shifter, park sense off and traction control all kept going on and off and the my car was in gear 3 at a dead stop and idle, and I could feel it shifting gears constantly, and shifting in/out hard.Took into different dealer in different state and found their recommendation to service tranny. First dealer did a 5 quart drain and fill only instead of full service as requested. Also found out that the wrong fluid was used inittially. Once discussed with service manager, he serviced tranny again. Drove approx. 200 miles home and issue got worse.Ram Year. 1998. Engine. 3.9L Magnum V6.
