My parents and I are trying to watch Buzzfeed Unsolved on Amazon Prime video and whenever we get to like the middle or ends of the episodes, it’s like the app crashes and completely exits back to the main home tv screen.Update: unplugging the Roku device, waiting about 15-30 seconds and replugging into power source does fix the crashing issue.
