There are a marked room that doesn't need the key, a medical apartment area that has a lot of rare injector spawns and a certain apartment area that commonly spawn stuff like bitcoins but server issues are extremely common and scav player spawn in the first 5 minutes….

Scav factory, loot, run to extract, sell everything. Do it every scav cooldown for a little bit, easy and most importantly- FAST. If you just want to build your cash stack: scav runs on reserve whenever your scav is available. If you want to avoid PvP entirely, but still get PMC XP, stash runs on interchange.
Keep in mind you are not getting PMC XP while you are on scav runs. You are leveling up your actual scav. Just wanted to clarify for you. My approach to scav runs is simple. I mind my own business and will avoid other player scavs. I will not however wait for them to shoot at me first if I see anything funny happening.
