I've been given all the opinions of what it could be, definitely ... Per the manual, normal hot oil pressure is 10 psi idle and 40-70 psi @ 2200 rpm. Is "normal driving" is below that... I suggest you get her good and hot then in neutral rev it to 2200 and read the pressure. That's how the manual says to do it. I suspect doing that you will see "normal" oil pressure.3. Location. Tighten the locking nut down to 7 ft lbs and check idle rpm. I will be making a seperate thread on installing and adjusting the minimaxx with my custom locknut, I will link it once I have posted it. I'd guess that the harness at the tank selector is what you'd need to rewire. Determine which pair of wires goes to the sender for the tank that you are going to keep and wire those directly to the sender in that tank. In the cab you could eliminate the selector switch in the same way. Should be pretty straight forwards IMO.Earlier 7.3 IDI heads have coolant ports facing the intake (valley pan) gasket, which are simply dead-headed there by the gasket. Later model IDIs have plugs pressed into the heads here, so it won't leak even without the valley pan gasket. Actually, it seems that the zf5 uses a bell housing adapter to connect to the IDI, but the zf6 doesn't use one to connect to the powerstroke. I'll see if I can't dig up a pic. The bell housing bolt patterns are the same. Though it looks like the zf6 may be larger around the rest of the transmission.The 4x4 T-19 and ZF are the same length, so no driveshaft modifications. The clutch hydraulics are all the same.
