Naowh's UI is a bit cleaner overall, and is very "noob friendly". It's easier to see what you need to see, the setup is braindead simple (he has his own installer where you can one-press buttons to load profiles for all the different addons), has options for class color set ups vs dark setups (like Atrocity's).

People should try the new UI, move the bars to the old locations as you had them on the old UI. Any "original" or newer default UI from a couple expansions ago will be a full UI replacement especially if it includes old artwork, and therefore will take more resources. I missed the old UI for a while on the beta, but eventually got used to it.

Using a combination of many different addons and WeakAuras for the art assets I've set up my take on a more combinient UI (always subjective) without straying to far away from the original artstyle. Check out SavedInstances, you can set it up to track whatever currencies you want. Also tracks things like m+ and raid lockouts but you can turn that off if you want.
