I agree that the OP shouldn’t worry, but for a different reason. While it’s true that HCG usually starts to decrease around the end of the first trimester, it doesn’t go back down to week 3 or 4 levels; it’s typically still in the tens of thousands at 9 weeks. OP, it sounds like you are experiencing the hook effect.
