I have a Mossberg 500 and a Winchester 1300 and there is more felt recoil on those models. My girlfriend shot my 12 gauge Benelli SuperNova w/ comforTech with no problems. In my opinion, the futuristic looking Benelli just looks cooler. The Benelli will also give you the option of shooting 3.5 inch shells if you ever want to.The minishell adapter fits into Mossberg 500, 590, and 590A1 models, and also the Maverick 88.
