Honda odyssey automatic door not closing.
I am original owner of 2000 Odyssey with approximately 190k miles. The auto-sliding doors have given trouble with closing from time to time. The rear part of the door would not latch, and the buzzer would sound. Only way to correct would be to manually press in the back of the door to make it latch.

That will rule out a broken tangled cable. If that works, check the pinch sensor on the front of the sliding door. It is the little rubber bulb/lip on the front from the top to the bottom.
