Fanimation light not working.
Having had problems with many LEDs, I would suspect it's the (aka "controller"), not the light kit which just consists of a bunch of LED bulbs mounted to a circuit board. Glad you confirmed that the receiver is wired through a dimmer, just an on-off switch. Insufficient voltage and the wrong dimmer can cause LEDs to flicker. Like.

I looked around in the console to see if there was a toggle to turn off the switch, but was unsuccessful. #2.
