250mg test = 250 test equivalent. 200mg eq = 100 test equivalent or in my book 25-50. So, even though this is general and not very scientific, it is empirical and adds up to 275-350mg test equivalent - in other words running the above cycle in my opinion is the same as running 300mg of test, nothing more.

As a 2nd cycle, I would suggest you keep it simple still and just do a straight test cycle. Thats just my opinion though. I think if you keep the diet in check, you could do well on it. Im sure a more knowledgeable member will comment further on the Equipoise use/dose etc. -Krugerr
