The Strat has a standard & premier shuttle stop. You would be able to hop on a standard Strat shuttle with your premier Rio pass, but not a premier Strat shuttle. I was only able to get a 11pm/6am Premier Strat pass so I'll be hopping on a standard Strat shuttle to EDC & taking a 6am Premier Strat shuttle back to our hotel.
It depends, I personally can only compare it to how standard shuttles were in 2016-2017 which was a nightmare experience with lines, wait times and heat. So compared to that experience, premiere shuttles are worth it. But idk if standard shuttle experiences have gotten better. I don't like waiting in the heat, and don't like 2 hour long lines.
