Sorry for the presumably dumb question, but my brain is fried and I am having the hardest time making sense of this conversion. What exactly does the conversion mean on the subject NBMEs. For example it says on the peds one "a self-assessment score of 20 approximates a pediatrics subject exam score of 74."
