Augments for Affinity Boost lv2 gives 10%. so you will have 100% affinity after clearing Bloodlust. 2. Malzeno LBG, Shagaru LBG, Narga and now Lucent LBG are all really strong Pierce LBGs. for base monhun Rise, Nargacuga LBG is the comfiest for Rapid Fire Pierce 2. However, my personal favourite is the Magnamalo LBG, arguably the most versatile LBG in the base game. You can build for Normal 3, Spread 3, Pierce 3. Sticky 3 and Slicing are also available, sticky has been nerfed, especially in term of recoil, but it still has its use.

The guardian LBG is pretty good and easy to make good for rapid fire normal 2, rapid fire pierce 1, rapid fire spread 2. Anyty else will take you much longer to farm materials for. I don't usually run elemental LBG, it's so much effort I don't think it's worth the farming.

Depends on your LBG build.
