VOO has more diversity (508 stocks) than SCHD (103 stocks) VOO has less expense ratio (0.03%) than SCHD (0.06%) SCHD and VOO have performed almost the same over the last 5 years, with VOO barely beating SCHD by 0.40% annually. Over 10 years, VOO has been beating SCHD by 0.48%.
