This reboot totally fixed my problem. Did it a few weeks ago and all is fine since. So if you need to do a soft reboot of the system, holding those two buttons is how you do it. Hey there, I just bought my first ever 2021 wrangler and i love it, except “device not supported” is freakin drivin me nuts! It wasn’t there the first few days and popped up all of a sudden and won’t go away. I have it back at the dealership friday for a few add ones and hoping they can fix this.I also purchased a wireless CarPlay adapter for my 21 JGC last May from Amazon. The brand is Drimfly (not Carlink). It is not flawless but works quite well. It would connect my phone within 30-45 seconds. Over the past 6 months, I had to reset it (disconnect and reconnect the USB cable) about 10-12 times.I started my jeep today and CarPlay started working. Three minutes later I tap the screen to start Spotify and it started playing my music. Everything seemed fine for about five minutes and then the music stopped. CarPlay still functioned in that I could change the screens but the music would not play. Each and everyone has/had issues using BT connections consistently. In my '21 JT I use a BT dongle to replace the wire which of course adds an additional device into the mix. The '24 may be better, but don't expect too much. Hold the knob buttons for 10-20 seconds and check whether the name of the Jeep flashes on the screen. The system will reinitialize till you return to connect it to the main screen of U-Connect. 2.
