Is darkmoon greatsword good.

I used the moonveil in the early/mid game but it's boring to use as it's so insanely overpowered at a certain point and quick that no enemies are a challenge and you breeze through everything so I stopped using it and did a quest line that got me the dark moon great word and it's a great sword but again it's kind of boring to use.Moonveil sucks all the fun from the game.
