I assure you, any of you can beat it. It takes time and practice, but i bet you can do it. Background, I've sunk many and many triple digits hours into Stardew, and I would bet double hours into Junimo Karts. It's a marathon, not a race. I'd focus more on learning the jumps first, then timing. I use left click to jump and it's pressure sensitive.
