When I do a material test I used to do it with 5mm squares in Lightburn. This worked for everything with my diode laser. However when using this same test with the CO2 I find it gives completely different results depending on the size of the cut. e.g. a material test with 5mm squares gives completely different results to a test with 20mm squares.
