Our 2020Outbacks passenger window got stuck in the down position today, we took it to our dealership and the tech relayed that Subaru had issues with the window guides being installed at the wrong angle. The manual says at the end of the troubleshooting steps if everything else is ruled out to "replace the washer fluid level sensor along with the washer tank." I will initiate the auto-close and it gets to about an inch from closing, then auto-reverses about half to a quarter of the way down. I have no visors installed and am able to close the window just fine if I tap up 1,000 times. There are no physical obstructions.

Instructions are for the drivers side but just do the same thing for the passenger window using the switch located ON THE PASSENGER DOOR.
