Obituary. Truman K. Strange, 98, of Stamps, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at a local hospital. Mr. Strange was born on March 4, 1926, to Leonce and Alma Strange in Stamps, Arkansas. He was a decorated World War II veteran of the U. S. Army, serving in the European theater.
