Downloading the updated Redistributables has made it crash more consistently around 65% (it was more around 63% before), and I can get it to 66% or 67% if I launch a game at a lower resolution than my laptop's normal res (1920x1080). I've tried re-installing, but it hasn't changed anything.

The solution was fairly simpel, just navigate to where Stellaris is installed (SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Stellaris) and start the game by running stellaris.exe. Like I titled, I can't figure out why Stellaris continues to crash. I only know that manual saving sometimes makes it crash, other times it just happens randomly. I've uninstalled my mods but that didn't change anything, it still CTDs. Same with clearing the user directory: it doesn't stop it from crashing.
