The best I found was a federal MetLife Dental High. They pay 50% for orthodontia, out of network, up to $3500 per kid (so $7000 in orthodontia total). No waiting period. Zero hassle on reimbursement. Fairly high cost for the plan, but worth it while kids have braces. If you find a better one, let me know. DC2 seats braces soon.
