I have spent several hours trying to locate Manufacturing Facilities to get blue-prints for components like the cryo-pump. I have purchased maps from the Cartographer but when I use these I don't get a choice of building like I did with Signal Booster. In most cases I get the location of a Minor Settlement . So far (10 maps) I have never been given the location of a Manufacturing Facility.Answers.
