Alright guys so I’m kinda stuck I have a 2014 lml duramax the truck has a lot of motor work done to it. Air dog lift pump cp3 conversion kit hot side and cold side piping kit aftermarket cold air intake Schmedding turbo Wagler pistons, Wagler pushrods wagler cam Wagler flywheel arp studs Etc…. the truck in the beginning what happen was the rear main seal blew out spun the main bearing ...Leaving for vacation in 2 days. I just replaced the fpr on my 2013 duramax LML with a kyntex upgraded regulator (better screen). Install went smooth. Went to start the truck up and crank no start. I then bled the air out at the filter housing. No start. Then bled the Schrader valve. Some air came out. Still no luck. No visible or audible air leaks.Lml crank no start. 2015 Duramax, we just have done a def and dpf delete put all together and uploaded the efi live tune as the tuner manufacturer says to. Crank no start. It will fire a few times but the just continue turning over with the starter. The cold side intake tube just before the butterfly is wet with what smells like fuel.Completely overlooked this issue and now I feel like an idiot...but I wont make that mistake again! If you've tried everything and the truck still wont start...Pinching the return line isn't always enough. The injectors need a good bit of pressure to fire. If you apply a little bit of air pressure to the return line, and crank it, that will be your best chance of getting it to fire up quicker. Don't go crazy with the air though, 60-80 psi is about what I'd try to start off.

If not most likely fuel pressure related. You could be losing psi because of severe items, The Cp4 has a regulator, one on the fuel rails, and the return system.
