You can get the originally quoted fare w/o the $150 up charge by going directly to the airline's own website. My opinion is that is nothing but a scam and should be illegal. I'd gladly pay a monthly fee (even $50/month!) for the ability to filter out bad companies of my choosing or, even better, companies with consistently bad ratings in this community. Perfecta - the majority of tickets sold by third parties are non-refundable. If you paid money and they purchased you a non-refundable ticket then the airline has the money. I should also add that their reviews elsewhere all are in the 4-5 range. So perhaps you should encourage others to leave a review on big consumer review sites like Yelp and Google.
