The code is from the relay unplugged. The ECM is not seeing the relay. Try disconnecting the main power cable for the relay instead. The relay will still work. Just no longer supply power to the grid heater. I see no sensors for the grid heater circuit. See what you if any code you get after restoring the relay. Tom.

No other tuner seems to be able to do this.The intake heater only engages on a cool engine to provide warm air to the combustion chambers so the engine will have good heat for combustion of the fuel. It makes the air more dense to allow the combustion during the compression stroke. The intake heater doesn't need to come on any other time.
