This is my 5th time doing shrooms I think and was just wondering how long should I wait to eat shrooms after eating regular food, I normally cut my shrooms up and put them in a drink also if that changes anything. My wife eats at any time and there seems to be no difference. People say 4-6 hours. As long as you can!

If you are worried about it happening again, maybe just avoid smoking weed BEFORE using shrooms. Sometimes I still use it a few hours into the trip to help calm me down. I think you are associating the weed smoking with the bad feeling you had on shrooms that day. It is just anxiety, and should get better.
