Harman pellet stove not feeding.
Once the pellets were lit, the feed motor stopped kicking on. The fire slowly died, and the stove never got warm enough to turn on the distribution blower. I let it go out. Unplugged the stove. Plugged it back in and tried the test. It initiated both the combustion/distribution blower, but the pellet feed motor won't kick on.

If we apply a manual draw by sucking on the hose that runs to low pressure switch the stove works. We have done the following: Total cleaning.The stove is installed very close to the wall, accessible only from one side, and has an outside air kit, so access to the back is a bit challenging. When the feed rate is set too high it will push more pellets into the burn pot. Unburned or partially burned pellets will land in the ash pan. It's better to run it at a lower feed rate and keep the pellets burning hotter in the back of the burn pot.

The stove is operating as designed. Ashes are supposed to build up as they are and eventually get pushed off by the auger feeding fresh pellets. There is no need for you to manually push off the ash. If the ash were to be smothering your fire, that's when you would consider upping the feed rate.
