Correction: You will get one-shotted a lot in early survival. Period end stop. The difference in HP is paltry in the earlier levels. More serious is the lack of equipment to mitigate damage, which then makes the HP pool you have count for more, etc etc etc.
I think I figured it out; I just misinterpreted what was being used. the glitch doesn't add a double item, it just adds the components that item is made of but keeps the item. You have to put the ID of the container you want to duplicate first, then the command "duplicateallitems" and finally put the ID of the target container. ID.duplicateallitems ID.
