Ok so I see multiples build related issues there: You're not really playing a dex/int hybrid more like an "everything" build with an emphasize on int. At that rune level, this is far from the best option. Rivers of blood is an arc/dex weapon (better returns from arc), your 57 points into int do absolutely nothing for the weapon.

Im 50 hours into a full int build, its like 40 vit 30 mind 50 int, its easily doable with a variety of spells for your desired playstyle.
