I had this issue on my 18' RAM 1500. It tripped multiple times at almost any pump. The dealership ended up replacing the entire fuel tank under warranty. There was an issue with the check valve flap getting stuck partially closed at the bottom of the filler neck. It was not a serviceable part. The new tank completely fixed the issue.
