Hemi 5.7L. Just wanted to update with the fix for this in case it comes up in a search. The problem was the ignition module. The replacement part that fixed it was part # 68271986AC. It allegedly fits all 2013 to 2018 trucks WITHOUT the push button start. The part was $191 Canadian.
