The biggest failed streak i ve seen is 39 failed attemps while average is 20 clicks (5% each) so, buy it or do guaranted one. Its locked in. And it doesnt feel as good but its a set cost of 2b for the first one. So I started the Guaranteed Pen Quest and turned in my TET Dandy and received the reform stone one.
Even with a guaranteed Jetina system it costs you in total almost as much as the price of a pen in the market. And you still need to have a lot of caphrases to make cr10 for enchant in fallen god (all caphares and dust I earned over 3 years was enough for cr10 for 4 pieces of armor).
