I've had this issue. Sometimes the font file is corrupted in the bluebeam folder, sorry don't have access to it at the moment so can't show directory. So you can reload it from your system font folder. Or the font embedded on the pdf is corrupted. I think there is a setting we're you can use embedded font files or system font file.
