Lots of little hills and dense bushes coupled with the fact that most animals are small enough to be hidden here makes this difficult to hunt most times.

This loadout is useful if you want to kill every animal with more assurance, using firepower as leverage. For example, You want to kill a Red Deer (class 6) while the .243 will kill the animal. You might get a higher chance of 1 shot kill if you use the M1 Iwaniec. The same goes if you want to kill a Moose (class 8).This encourages the opposite, level 4 and 5 moose, to spawn. In your "shoot down" lakes, concentrate on hunting male moose at levels 3 and 4, and perhaps play tricks on level 5 moose. This ensures that only levels 1 and 2 moose can spawn in those lakes. So basically, "smaller equals bigger" and "bigger equals smaller.".

Choosing which map to do your Great One Fallow Grind on is a very big decision and a lot of factors come into play! How many zones need to be found, how wid... Handguns: The .44 Magnum is a good alternative to the Solokhin if you want or need it one size smaller (and lighter). Handguns need a bit of practice for distance-shots, but other than that the .44 is a really good choice for this map.The best thing about the mosin rifle is it replaces the .243 and .270 and is, arguably better than both. The .270 has limited use anyway simply because there's zero integrity on blacktail and fallow deer. Vurhonga for the best map and the lions. Depends what u like. Vurhonga-very unique animals, no repeat species. Silver ridge-quite easy, allows you to run around and shoot animals without much strategy. Yukon-extremely pretty, easy to find animals by hunting drink zones, and comes with the 300 canning.I found around 30 male drinking zones in the first place, which is not a lot. The drinking zones don´t have hotspots and are distributed over the whole map. I am currently shooting 20-30 bears a day, which is not a lot (I shot 75-100 Red Deer during the Red Deer GO grind on CC).
