l_mcc17. •. Old Skools are the hardest to break in and often do this to heels which is why most Vans stores you go to, recommend their socks as they have some thickness on the heel. It’s most likely incorrect sizing and there’s 3 other sizes 40, 40.5 & 41. If none of those fit - then the style is not for you.
Thats good to know. I have really small feet and sometimes the sizes on shoes are bigger or smaller, so its always good to know that they are true to size. DCs are my favorite. They are more chunky and maybe a little wider in the toe area. Vans are a solid choice as well, but no where near as comfortable.
