Same issue here. Lost MLB channel and HBO 2 weeks ago on my Roamio. 5 Hours with support, then went to store for new CC, installed it, and NO CHANNELS at ALL.. Multiple calls, countless hours on phone, two service techs tried 5 different cards that will NOT PAIR.. Bought new Roamio. Tried all CC's in new box.

I ran diagnostics and there is no signal lock on either channel. I spent an hour on chat with Verizon tech support, and they sent me a new CableCARD. a) Make sure the Tuning adapter is hooked correctly. b) Tuning adapter light must be solid. If blinking, then reboot. c) If the issue persists, proceed to step 3. Try disconnecting the power cable, CableCARD, and the coax cable from the DVR for 10 seconds. Check if there are physical damages on TiVo CableCARD slot and the CableCARD. Ensure your CableCARD, CableCARD cables, and coax cables are securely connected to the DVRs, splitters, and the wall.
