Our RXOM schedules herself 4 days a week and 3 day weekends - not fair to us. She also doesn't care about fair. I think "fair" is everyone works every shift through a rotation of sorts. But it seems the tenor have excuses for why they have to work a certain shift so favoritism sticks.
