Best option will be blender’s sculpting tools. I've just built a new multipupose workstsion for zbrush/ CAD And photoshop and researched this extensively. But specifically for zbrush a good multicore processor, at least 32gb ram and most importantly an nvme gen 4 solid state drive. This allows data to be accessed and written very quickly. I find it makes a huge difference with zbrush.
