If you are in Solo, grab a trash can from Spiffos and throw them into that and hit delete all, for standard characters you can throw 2 in the bin to delete at a time. You craft a composting bin and can turn rotten veggies into compost and then you need a sand bag (i think?) to turn it into a bag of fertilizer.
