Maybe adding a "favorite" function for the loadout would be a nice addition to the game. Just a random function to get a random medkit, knife, ... -skin, that you can choose out of your list from skins. Personally I like to switch it up sometimes and needing to de-equip and equip a new skin for my stuff is getting a bit annoying.

I run the weirdest ass loadout specifically so I can do decently well at any distance of fighting. Winnie Aperture with Incendiary: Winnie Aperture provides good midrange fighting with the sight down and Marksmen level zoom with it up for ambush kills on someone not moving much. Winnies down side is low pen and low long range damage.
