Difference between glock 43x and 43x mos.

Besides the MOS cutout and the rail on the MOS version, is the rest of the glock the same? I am not seeing many things labeled for MOS specifically, but wasn't sure if most 43x stuff would be fine. Talking about things like Shield's 15-round mags, eject buttons, and also holsters.
